This week we welcome author, researcher, and fellow American Freedom Radio host – Marc Stevens, author of Adventures In Legal Land.
This is a special report and follow up to the original article “Am I Free To Go?”.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is a sad and unsafe world we live in today. We no longer have a police force looking out for our safety. Instead, we have revenue collectors acting as unwitting (or perhaps witting) parasites on our society, using up valuable resources and taxpayer dollars to harass and extort law-abiding citizens. It’s time to take up (metaphoric) arms ladies and gentlemen and fight back with the most powerful weapon known to man – KNOWLEDGE.
Marc Stevens will walk us through step-by-step on what to do to stay safe when you are innocently enjoying your life and you get snared in their trolling net. We will also decipher some of the traffic laws, which oddly enough, an extremely small percentage of people have actually READ and show that the entire legal system is nothing more than a house of cards.
Personal note: With freedom comes responsibility ladies and gentlemen. I firmly believe my freedom ends where yours begins. If you hurt somebody, cause damage to someones property or cheat on your contracts you have the responsibility to stand up, as a free man, and take responsibility. This broadcast is aimed at arming you against the parasitic victimless “crimes” put into place to do nothing more than impede on your fundamental rights as a creation of God and extort you of your money.

The Trouble with Cops….
Everyone knows someone who has had trouble with the cops.
And you know what?
The reason in many cases is the result of the cop taking some personal issue with you.
Anyone who has been stopped in a traffic stop and does not run thru the drill, per se then, look out.
“Step out of the car” and their search is underway.
Nowadays a good many cops are on tilt….what, with all these encounters with “freemen”, “freewomen”, “no license”, no I.D. and all these type of criminals.
Marc is correct in his claim it takes four steps to engage into a contract.
What Marc failed to tell you is that two of these components, as privileges or rights, may be waived.
Inevitably, one is left with offer and acceptance, as being the two sole requirements to contract.
If a cop makes an offer of complaint complete with bill then, you are bound by common law to respond to the alleged debt before attending and entering a plea in court.
This must be done in writing with witness attending.
Who do you know does that?
Only freemen do that.
Everyone else who shows up in court to fight and end up fined or sent to jail.
Simply because they never responded to the offer….thereby, admitting guilt.
Marc is also correct in going along with the judges offer he has no right to the hiways.
Magna Carta says that right is only afforded to freemen.(section 30, 39)
Your rights came from the Magna Carta and yes….you may waive those too.
There is nothing crazier to watch then some mad buggar practicing law in a court of equity after waiving all his rights to a court of law.
Everybody knows you have no rights in equity.
You showed up thereby, agreeing the charges are true and correct.
That puts the judge at his sole discretion to determine if the charges are the correct charges as far as the case is concerned.
And we know the answer to that.
So…by his own actions or lack thereof, Joe SixPack is seen a stumbling drunken bum with loaded gun….about to shoot himself.
If you must go to court then, go armed.
Arm your self with your own tickets (bills) and let the prosecutor and cop know you are ready and able to deliver a bill to anyone supplying you with unauthorized services.
Blows their mind, if your bills look like mine.
They can see right there in black and white that failure to pay or respond lands them in federal court under common law suit.
They do not wish to go there….at all.
